No. Hayaai is universal: you can save purchase and warranty information for an unlimited number of brands and products, all with one account.
No. Hayaai is absolutely free for consumers.
Once you’ve created an account, you’ll see a Register Product link. Just click that and you’ll see our easy interface, where you simply enter the information. For an overview of the whole process, see our registration tutorial.
To retrieve a forgotten password, click on the Forgot Password link in Login Screen. If you know your password and want to change it, click on Settings and Change Password.
If your product is covered by an authorised service centre that is registered with Hayaai, you can file a service request with one click. Where possible, we can send a technician to your home or office to repair your item while you wait. That’s Instant Fix! If the company that makes your product doesn’t use Hayaai yet, be sure to let them know you want them to.  
Click on My Service Requests to see the current status of your request. You will, of course, also hear from the service centre when the repair is complete. You can also receive updates via email or SMS while the repair is ongoing.
